Services are offered through KAILINKS S.A. DE C.V. or KAILINKS LLC. Your written quotation identifies the contracting entity, scope, inclusions and exclusions. These website guidelines do not replace your agreed service-specific terms or applicable legal rights.
Enquiries and confirmation
An enquiry does not reserve places, prices or availability. Programs marked as planned are proposals. Services, dates, visits and supplier availability must be confirmed in writing before you commit to a booking.
Prices and payment
Your quotation sets the price, currency, taxes, validity and payment schedule. Request payment instructions from the entity named in that quotation. This website does not collect payments or card details.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Your quotation or booking agreement sets the conditions for changes, cancellation and refunds, including applicable supplier conditions. Send requests in writing. Any applicable charges and refund amounts will be explained under the agreed terms and applicable law.
Travel inclusions
Flights, insurance, visa services, entrance fees and meals are included only when expressly listed in your quotation. Confirm the included services and relevant travel requirements before accepting.
